By creating an account, logging in, or accessing LeadFlow Pro (https://lead-flow-nine-eta.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LeadFlow Pro is a software-as-a-service lead management platform that integrates with verified digital platforms (including Meta Platforms & TikTok) to capture, organize, score, and track inbound business leads.

3. User Responsibilities & Social Platform Compliance

When connecting your third-party business accounts (such as Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or TikTok for Business), you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to manage and grant application access to the respective accounts and Pages.
• Your marketing practices, advertisements, and lead capture forms comply fully with the Meta Advertising Policies and TikTok Advertising Guidelines.
• You will not use LeadFlow Pro to send unsolicited spam, transmit malicious code, or violate data privacy laws including POPIA and GDPR.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

5. Intellectual Property

LeadFlow Pro and its associated logos, designs, interfaces, and proprietary algorithms are the property of Mafikeng Digital Innovation Hub (Pty) Ltd. You retain all ownership rights to your client data and lead records ingested into your workspace.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadFlow Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, API downtime or changes by third-party social networks (Meta or TikTok).

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
